Rusutsu ski offerings present visitors with an unspoiled haven filled with spotless dry powder snow, averaging an impressive 13 meters annually, an array of winter activities, and unparalleled hospitality. With such an average annual snowfall, it’s no wonder Rusutsu attracts both locals and tourists alike.

Location Ideally nestled just a convenient 90-minute commute from New Chitose International Airport and a swift 40-minute journey from renowned Niseko ski resorts, Rusutsu Ski Resort ensures travelers an effortless approach without losing its quaint allure.

Each peak brings a spectrum of terrains catering to varied ski and snowboard preferences. Serviced by 4 gondolas and 14 lifts, Rusutsu ski efficiently covers its 37 runs. These span from vast, sweeping slopes ideal for beginners and families, right up to the formidable trails that satisfy advanced skiers.

Rusutsu’s Side Country Park, Freedom Park, and the resort’s Terrain Park create an adrenaline-fueled fusion of ski trails and park amenities. Skiers and snowboarders spanning all skill levels can challenge themselves on an assortment of features, from expansive kickers to intricate rails and boxes, each crafted with meticulous attention to ensure both safety and exhilaration. Resort Reviews

Fantastic skiing, great powder and no crowds. Nightlife is non existant, its all about the powder and skiing. You can do a day trip to Niseko

Rusustu is a great resort. It has nice groomers, nothing very difficult, and has great tree runs once your under the ropes. Accomodation is really limited to the towers, apart from a few log cabin, and there is no town as such. The tower area does have some shops and restaurants but the selectio is limited. It is a great spot to go for a couple of days, as a day day trip, out of Niseko.
