Falls Creek is a family friendly ski in ski out resort with over 1100 acres of easy to access beginner, intermediate and expert challenging terrain. Renowned for fantastic bump lines down the Summit, open cruising beginner and intermediate terrain out the backside off Ruined Castle and Scott’s Chair and some great tree skiing lines of the International Poma and tucked in throughout the resort.
Falls Creek has a terrain park to suit all levels of ability and experience. Whether you are an absolute first timer wanting to grease your first rail or an intermediate eyeing off bigger jumps and features, they have a park and a line to suit you.
Every Wednesday and Saturday night night skiing takes off at the Halleys Comet chair for an awesome ride down the fully lit Wombats Ramble – all 2.2km of it. Get your ski and board on between 6pm – 9pm (weather and conditions permitting)
The Falls Creek picture postcard village and easy ski in ski out access for the whole family is a huge selling point. The resort is located 4.5 hours drive from Melbourne, a days drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Albury Airport. When conditions are favorable you can head to Mt McKay, on a guided tour with ex Olympian Steve Lee or get to the chopper and experience Mt Hotham via the inter resort heli-link.
